We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, and in Canada in particular, this is an unprecedented time requiring unique solutions to ongoing problems. E2I2 continues to monitor government and industry responses to the rapidly growing Covid-19 outbreak.
Current government protocols call for the restriction of non-essential travel and to maintain social distancing. Self-isolation is being recommended following travel. E2I2 personnel already manage exposure before and after travel through the use of remote workplaces. Our proven systems are designed to support personnel wherever they need to be while still giving them access to critical information and communication. Our systems remain flexible to allow us to interact with our customers' systems as required.
Industrial losses continue to occur, and the need for personnel to visit loss sites to investigate the cause and determine the scope of damage and repair continues. E2I2 has adopted a no-fly policy to maintain the safety of our staff and clients, and adhere to current recommendations against non-essential air travel. We continue to respond to losses by ground to attend losses within BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We continue to be able to respond to most losses within 24 hours.
E2I2 is committed to ensuring our clients are able to meet the unique needs following a loss. E2I2's experience with industrial facilities and processes allows us to continue adapt and respond in a timely manner and maintain the standard of claims response expected.
